- Provide care and support to the elderly
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Administer medication as directed
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Perform heavy lifting and transferring of individuals as needed
- Keep the living environment clean and organized Experience:
- Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred but not a must - Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely and effectively
