Right at Home,

a family-owned and award-winning in-home care assistance agency, is urgently hiring a part-time Personal Caregiver in Post Falls, ID. While prior caregiving experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. The ideal candidate is a caregiver who can engage with a client who is a veteran, and has a background in silversmithing, wood carving, and woodworking. Pay range: $19-$25 DOE & certification

Responsibilities of the Personal Caregiver for Elderly

Responsibilities include assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming. May also include light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and running errands, companionship. Primarily work in the client's place of residence. Shift times, days and activities vary with client needs.

Requirements of the Personal Caregiver for Elderly

Previous experience as a caregiver is a plus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen and a nationwide background check. Honest, energetic, approachable and a caring heart to help others in need.
