Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to residents in various settings, such as memory care units and assisted living facilities.
Duties
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Help with meal preparation and feeding Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Support residents with mobility and transfers
Requirements
Experience in memory care, dementia care, or assisted living is preferred Certification in first aid is a plus Ability to provide direct support and patient care with empathy and patience Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and their families Knowledge of social work principles for holistic resident care Willingness to undergo training in patient monitoring and assisting techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
