Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and be proficient in using power tools. Duties: - Perform carpentry work including cabinet installation, tile laying, building structures, and CNC operations.
- Conduct construction tasks such as Framing, Drywall, Demolition etc
- Assist in various construction projects as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Experience: The successful candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in using power tools for carpentry tasks.
- Experience in manual labor, can use a tape measure effectively
- Knowledge of construction
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Previous experience as a carpenter or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This position is not an employee position. You will be required to work as a sub contractor. This means you need to have your own insurance and be a registered entity with the state. This is not a job for someone seeking full time employment.
