Case Management Assistant (PRN)
Encompass Health is hiring a PRN Case Management Assistant!
Potential Schedule: As needed/On Call - No nights
The Case Management Assistant, under the direction of the Director of Case Management assists in the administration of Case Management functions to include, but not limited to, organization of workflow, communications, critical information tracking, report creation and links with community resources. The position is focused on supporting the role of the Case Management department in optimizing the Care Management process and Case Manager efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to type with speed and accuracy.

No licensure required.

High School Diploma or equivalent
