We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our clients throughout the pre-litigation process, from initial consultation to case resolution. Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and cases progress smoothly
- Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their case and answering any questions they may have
- Gather and organize medical records, police reports, and other documentation relevant to each case
- Prepare settlement demand packages with insurance companies
- Prepare disbursement documents
- Prior experience working as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Needles case management software
- Spanish speaking is a plus
