We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our clients throughout the pre-litigation process, from initial consultation to case resolution. Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and cases progress smoothly
  • Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their case and answering any questions they may have
  • Gather and organize medical records, police reports, and other documentation relevant to each case
  • Prepare settlement demand packages with insurance companies
  • Prepare disbursement documents
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Needles case management software
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
