Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Manage the daily cash

\xc2\xb7 Oversee the company\'s bank accounts and maintain banking relationships

\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain policies and procedures for cash management operations to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and present cash management reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting cash position, forecasts, and variances.

\xc2\xb7 Lead, train, and mentor cash management staff, ensuring a high standard of performance and professional development.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and implement cash management systems and banking technologies to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage relationships with financial service providers, including merchant services

\xc2\xb7 Support the strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations related to cash flow projections and capital requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and audit requirements with respect to cash management activities and reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Respond to and resolve inquiries

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

\xc2\xb7 Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience in cash management

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of banking relationships

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP and Treasury Management Systems

\xc2\xb7 Experience with bank reconciliations

\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop and maintain cash flow models and analyze financial data

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a team

\xc2\xb7 Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with risk management and mitigation approaches

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives
