PURPOSE OF POSITION:

\xc2\xa7 Schlotzsky\'s Associates are empowered with the task of

delivering high quality made to order foods and providing a clean, sanitized

and healthy eating environment for our guests.

\xc2\xa7 Schlotzsky\'s Associates are trained to work in one or

more stations in the restaurant.

\xc2\xa7 Emphasis is placed on "teamwork" and all

Associates are expected to accept assignments and follow leadership direction

to contribute to the success of the team on a daily basis.

o GENERAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xa7 Must be at least 18 years of age in order to operate

certain kitchen equipment.

\xc2\xa7 Must adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards.

\xc2\xa7 Must become familiar with and adhere to all set company

policies and procedures.

\xc2\xa7 Must report to work on a timely manner at all times.

\xc2\xa7 Must work at a pace to maintain restaurant\'s established

speed of service guidelines.

\xc2\xa7 Must greet guests upon arrival to Drive-thru station, take

and enter orders into the POS system, repeat orders back to guests to ensure

high quality service, provide total amount of orders, and ask them to drive up

to the next pick up window.

\xc2\xa7 Must accurately follow cash handling procedures at all

times.

\xc2\xa7 Must hand over orders to guests, thank them for choosing

Schlotzsky\'s and invite them to come back again.

\xc2\xa7 Must follow management team suggestive to sell specific

offers / products at a given time / period.

\xc2\xa7 Must keep adequate amount of ice for the soft drink

station throughout the shift as needed.

\xc2\xa7 Must keep sufficient supply of drinking cups, napkins,

straws, and utensils at Drive-thru station at all times.

\xc2\xa7 Must keep POS station, windows and soft drink station

clean throughout the shift as needed.

\xc2\xa7 Must assist back-end kitchen team with dishwashing,

cleaning, stocking and food preparation as needed throughout the shift.

o Essential functions of the position include, but is

not limited to, the following:

\xc2\xb7 Lifting and carrying

objects weighing up to 30 pounds.

\xc2\xb7 Lifting a 33 gallon

trash bag from trash container.

\xc2\xb7 Standing and walking

throughout a scheduled shift.

\xc2\xb7 Bending, stretching

and kneeling to reach certain products or to clean certain areas of the

restaurant.

\xc2\xb7 Performing repetitive

hand and arm motions.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to perform

repetitive slicing motions with a sharp object / knife.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle hot

food by hand for several seconds at a time, throughout a scheduled shift.

\xc2\xb7 Must meet set uniform

and all grooming standards upon arrive and until departure from work.

\xc2\xb7 Smile all times.
