Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Assist with product demos and technical sales, if required
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and company policies Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle customer transactions
- Experience in retail math for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries over the phone
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment, if required
- Experience in electronics sales is a plus
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, if necessary
