Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. - Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their shopping needs
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times
- Provide product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer\'s shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product availability Skills:
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Basic math skills to calculate totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to sell electronics is a plus
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who speak different languages
- Experience in jewelry sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to learn technical specifications of products for effective sales pitches
