We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits and features. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to assist customers effectively. Supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction. Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions. Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to perform basic retail math calculations accurately. Experience in upselling products is a plus. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
