Job Summary:
Wiesner Brothers Nursery and Garden Center We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to the overall success of our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations Skills:
- Customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Sales experience
- Proficient in English for effective communication with customers Weekend and Some weekday availability required.
