We take care of our community and our community takes care of us.**Customer Service Associate / CashierDuties:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.Requirements:- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
