Cashier/ Grocery stockerResponsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions
- Upsell products and promote special offers or discounts
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional mannerRequirements:
- Fluent in English, multilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy checkout area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Experience in technical sales, technology sales, or electronics sales is desirable
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
