The Shuffler is responsible for managing documentation and maintaining order and set standards for documentation, playing cards, and equipment. This position is integral to our operation and the driving force behind Evolution Gaming\'s vision to be the leading Live Casino provider in the world.

Responsibilities

• Shuffle and change the cards on the Live tables when needed;
• Count and place in order the new and used cards;
• Manage and maintain all facilities that store playing cards, equipment for the tables, and related documentation;
• Ensure equipment is in order for the Live tables: playing cards and any sort of tables\' equipment;
• Manage documentation for audit purposes;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal English language skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality work experience preferred
• Dedication both on and off the camera so as to truly be an ambassador for our brand;
• Ability to work well in a team while also being able to work independently;
• Ability to perform and work well under pressure;
• Strong organizational skills;
• High sense of responsibility, driven and outgoing personality;
• Ability to remain strongly focused and disciplined in the studio environment;
• Good technical/computer skills;
• Flexible attitude to changing priorities according to the business needs, including changes to shifts and covering colleague\'s eventual absences where required.
