College degree in business, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in food & beverage, with at least 4 years of departmental management experience required.
Must have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of food & beverage operations in a similar size hotel/casino or previous oversight of a multi venue operation.
Must possess an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to growing the business, able to identify and implement new business opportunities.
Multi-unit management experience required.
Manage the performance and provide effective leadership to all direct reports, including Restaurant Managers, Executive Chef, Banquets Manager, Convention Services Manager, Pool Manager.
Maintain effective working relationships with Advertising, Casino and Resort Marketing, and Gaming Operations.
Participate in interviewing and talent selection.
Conduct timely performance reviews.
Make or recommend wage changes and Team Member promotions.
Ensure safety processes and standards are met across all areas of responsibility.
Maintain effective working relationships with the People & Culture team and ensure Team Member complaints, grievances, and performance issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Monitor legal compliance with federal, state, and gaming laws.

Target Base Salary $150K
