```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food and beverages
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Train and supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support as needed
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bar catering operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of bar industry standards and best practices
- Experience with inventory control and ordering processes
- Bar experience and knowledge is required
- Familiarity with bar service is a plus
- Understanding of food safety guidelines, bar procedures, follow guidelines and liquor laws
