Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Catering Servers to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. We manage concession outlets, suites, and clubs, including a members-only fine dining restaurant, at the 19,200-seat arena.

• Set up tables following banquet event orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed
• Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints
• Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
• Break down the event according to company procedures

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
• Beneficial if you have one year's experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs
• Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
