About the Role:

This role will begin with

wire processing

, a high-volume, time-sensitive task requiring

strong attention to detail

and accuracy. Over time, you will be

trained in multiple areas

, expanding your skills and capabilities across a variety of real estate transaction functions, such as

order entry, recordings, and other centralized processing tasks

.

Key Responsibilities:

Wire Processing

- Input, approve, and quality control wire transactions in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment

Data Entry

- High-volume data entry for real estate transactions

Quality Control

- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions

Cross-Training & Growth

- Learn and support additional real estate closing functions over time

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with escrow and title professionals to support centralized processing needs
