Job Description
Under general supervision, actively incorporates our \xe2\x80\x9cPhilosophy for Person-Directed Care.\xe2\x80\x9d Develops awareness of residents\xe2\x80\x99 interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services and/or designee.
Qualifications
- Education \xe2\x80\x93 High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of the Certified Caregiver Program. Certification is required for entry for this position
- Experience/Training \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum of one year experience preferred
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations \xe2\x80\x93 Certified Caregiver Certificate CPR AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
** Shift Differentials: + $1.00/hr. for PM Shift; + $1.50/hr. for Night (NOC) Shift
+ $1.50/hr. for PM Shift on Weekends; + $2.00/hr. for Night (NOC) Shift on Weekends
Shifts available:
- Every Saturday 2PM-10PM
