Shift: Full Time Days 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Every other weekend and Full Time Nights 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. every other weekend
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.75 (based on experience) Full Time Sign on bonus: $1500Are you a compassionate CNA looking to make a real difference? Your Role:

• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals.
• Serve meals in the dining room or residents' apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits.
• Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in Alabama.
• CPR and first aid certifications are a plus.
• 1+ years of CNA experience.
• Passion for working with the senior population.
• Ability to pass a drug and criminal background check.
• Excellent attendance record.
