Role Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant under the supervision of our Nurse Supervisor, your primary responsibility involves delivering resident/patient care with a focus on personal needs, safety, and comfort. You\'ll contribute to creating a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while adhering to our center\'s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Ability to engage positively and effectively with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and colleagues
• A genuine interest in and positive attitude towards caring for long-term care residents/patients and the elderly
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Compliance with all health requirements mandated by law
