Job Description
Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our xe2x80x9cPhilosophy for person-directed Care.xe2x80x9d You would develop an awareness of residentsxe2x80x99 interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.This is a Full -Time position, with benefits.Shift: NOC (11:00pm -7:00am) Rotating schedule (4 days on 2 days off)Pay: $28.18 - $30.08 depending on experience.To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
- 20 days of paid time off, plus 7 company holidays (increases with years of service)
