Tatum is engaged with a well respected international Commercial Real Estate firm to identify their next CFO. This family run business offers property management, marketing, and leasing services and this financial leader will have responsibility for planning, managing, controlling and forecasting all financial-related activities for the company. With the ultimate goal of delivering market leadership and rapid expansion across all real estate and hospitality divisions while reporting to the co-presidents of the company.

• Oversight and management of the financial accounting team
• Coordinate with Investment and Asset Management, Capital Markets and HR
• FP&A
• Treasury Operations
• Investor Relations
• Tax Strategy & Compliance
• Risk Management
• Business Development
• Providing analysis and recommendations for key material transactions

qualifications:
Leadership experience for mid-sized Finance, Accounting, & Risk Management departments

Extensive Office and Dallas Market experience in a real estate environment that includes:

• Proven CFO experience in a real estate environment that includes capital markets (partnerships, debt & equity) financial reporting and strategic planning experience.
• Experience with private and institutional ownership structures, distributions, capital allocations
