Job Description
Chief Financial Officer for an Investment firm in Los Angeles, California.
You will work closely with the executive team and the CEO covering:
- Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team, including ownership of the key yearly events such as annual budgeting and year end.
- Work closely with the executive team and CEO to support financial strategy and investment decisions
- Develop best practice financial controls, processes and systems
- Work closely with operations, budget holders and other stakeholders to provide financial support and detailed analysis
- Oversee financial close and monthly reporting
- Work closely with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors and investors
Work for an investment firm focused on agriculture and real estate|CFO role, taking a lead on a number of key responsibilities for the firm
You will be a strong financial leader who has a background in investment or financial services businesses. You will have a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting best practice, and you will have led teams previously.
An understanding of investments into Agriculture or Real Estate would be highly beneficial.
Our client is an investment firm based in Los Angeles, California. They have a varied protfolio, including Agriculture, Real Estate and Equities. They are looking for a CFO to join them and take on key responsibilities spanning across Finance, Investment, Strategy and other corporate functions.
Salary $200,000 to $300,000 plus bonus and benefits
