The ideal candidate for the Channel Manager role will have a proven track record selling Gigamon or similar product lines to grow our business within the Arrow Enterprise Computing Solution (ECS) group of Arrow Electronics.
What you will be doing
The Channel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts, territory, and products.
Serve as a liaison between Arrow\xe2\x80\x99s internal resources (field sales, inside sales, engineering, supplier management, marketing, finance and other corporate departments), vendor resources and customers.
Focus on growing and developing new business; proactively call and engage partners to grow sales for assigned accounts and net new target accounts.
Determine and understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements for Arrow product offerings and services.
Demonstrate a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers\xe2\x80\x99 behalf. Anticipate our customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and communicate efforts in a timely and effective manner.
Creative thinking and problem solving with effective customer communication are key to success in this role.
Demand generation, lead management, and follow up on leads, qualify prospects, analyze sales potential, and prioritize high-return opportunities for further attention/investment.
Determine, deliver and support clients with their enablement required activities.
Leverage Arrow\xe2\x80\x99s and vendors\xe2\x80\x99 programs and promotions into benefits for your customers.
Follow up with your clients to progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
Sales pipeline management
What we are looking for
Bachelor\'s degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
Partner recruitment experience or end-customer sales experience.
Experience within the IT Channel is required.
Experience managing partner relationships.
Strong follow through and attention to detail.
Experience with Palo Alto or similar product solutions would be valuable.
Understanding of cloud computing is an asset.
Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.
Office 365 skill required.
Strong Excel skills preferred.
Excellent communicator.
Required Travel 15 \xe2\x80\x93 20%
Note: Employees located in Denver will work on a hybrid schedule and report to the office Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $106,000.00 - $129,802.60
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
Location: US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company\xe2\x80\x99s request and sole discretion.
