Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Provide leadership and administrative support for the Community Health Aide/Practitioner Program. Surveys village clinics for compliance with daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly quality checks. Provides daily administrative support to the CHA/Ps in the region. Provides advice to CHAP management regarding conduct of village clinic business and of CHA/Ps. Maintain CHAP databases as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Ability to travel to the clinics when necessary. Ability to travel to village clinics biannually for site visits that may last several days. Organizational skills and attention to detail required. Ability to follow directions and multitask is essential. Ability to work independently. Previous supervisor experience and strong supervisory skills required. Able to effectively use English for both written and verbal communication. Dependable, and maintains confidentiality. Familiarity with the electronic health record and eCHAM/iCHAM preferred. * Attendance and punctuality are required.
