Charge Licensed Vocational Nurse
Job Description
Westminster Gardens, a HumanGood life plan community in Duarte, CA is hiring a Full-time LVN Charge Nurse for its Memory Care program. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for person-directed Care. You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm; help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners, and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
** Full-time ** 3pm - 11pm ** 4/2 schedule ** $29-$39/hr (DOE)
**Sign-on Bonus $2,500.00
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying.
- Current CPR certification
- Prior LVN nursing experience within memory care, post-acute or sub-acute care environments preferred.
