We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Crew Members and Churro Chefs to uphold our commitment to exceptional service and quality. You will be at the forefront of providing customers the best experience at Charly's.

Position Overview:

As a Team Member at Charly's, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. You will help craft delicious desserts, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and work with an amazing team. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love making people smile, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Order Processing:

Efficiently handle customer orders, process payments, and manage transactions.

Food Preparation:

Assist in preparing desserts and beverages following Charly's quality standards.

Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness in dining and preparation areas, including cleaning tables, floors, and equipment.

Team Collaboration:

Work cohesively with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

Age Requirement:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication abilities.

Team Orientation:

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability:

Punctuality and dependability are essential.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that involve bending, twisting, and reaching.
