What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Sanitation Technician/Cheese Rework team member in Lake Norden, South Dakota.

The Sanitation Technician/Cheese Rework position is responsible for operating equipment in the process of Cheese Rework.

• Starting hourly pay at $20.50
• Work only 14 shifts in 28 days with a 3-2-2-3 schedule
• This is a monthly rotating position between days and nights
• $1.50/hour shift differential between the hours of 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
• Double time on Sundays

What you need:

• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safely and efficiently operate the cheese shred machine.
• Safely and efficiently operate the lift machine.
• Work in multiple areas of Cheese Make Room as directed.
• Assist Belt and Cooker Operators during disassembly during CIP operations and final clean-up to prepare run.
