Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Culinary Department responsible for outlet food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. Maintain control systems which will assure quality and portion consistency, monitoring food shipments to meet purchasing specifications and fostering an awareness of the importance of food preparation and quality.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesThe qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.Qualifications include:Solid communication and organization skillsStrong computer skillsSolid culinary skillsStrong interpersonal and team player skillsStrong leadership and management skillsOur Benefits:
