Youxe2x80x99ll work with individuals, families, and groups to support lasting recovery.Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Location: On-site, as scheduled with the Program Director
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. xe2x80x93 5:00 p.m. (occasional evening/weekend hours as needed)
• Pay Rate: $30.00/hour (FLSA non-exempt)

Crisis Intervention xe2x80x93 Support clients through urgent substance use or mental health challenges
Educate & Empower xe2x80x93 Facilitate sessions on addiction, recovery, and prevention strategies
Relapse Prevention & Coping Strategies xe2x80x93 Help clients build sustainable recovery plans
Coordinate Care xe2x80x93 Work with legal entities, professionals, and support groups to ensure the best care
Advocate for Clients xe2x80x93 Ensure they receive the support and resources they needWhat Wexe2x80x99re Looking For:xe2x9cx94 Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree & Ohio LCDCIII Credential xe2x80x93 Required to practice in this role
xe2x9cx94 Experience in Substance Use Disorder Treatment xe2x80x93 Prior work in addiction counseling is a plus
xe2x9cx94 Group Therapy Experience xe2x80x93 Preferred but not required
xe2x9cx94 Minimum of 1,248 Patient Service Hours Annually (104/month)
xe2x9cx94 Valid Ohio Driverxe2x80x99s License & Reliable Transportation xe2x80x93 Must have an excellent driving record
