Our client is a rapidly expanding national franchise based in New York City and currently seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). While the company is based in New York City, this posting concerns a remote role. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals. This role entails devising, executing, and monitoring comprehensive marketing strategies for our brand.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement highly impactful marketing strategies aligned with the brand\'s identity.
Engage in conferences and gatherings to deepen understanding of industry developments and marketing trends.
Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, particularly within the healthcare sphere.
Analyze marketing outcomes to propose suggestions for improvements and novel approaches.
Employ data-driven insights to inform well-founded decisions in shaping marketing strategy.
Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Foster cooperation across departments to drive expansion of franchise and offices.
Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) and disseminate comprehensive reports within the team.
Contribute to the formulation and oversight of the marketing budget.
Establish, plan, and oversee brand marketing strategies, establishing clear objectives.
Requirements:
Experience within the franchise realm is a positive attribute, though not obligatory.
Self-directed individual with excellent organizational and time management proficiencies.
Advanced familiarity with CRM and SEO tools.
Solid comprehension of the social media landscape.
Proficiency in presenting and adept interaction with franchisees and their teams.
Competence in graphic design.
Demonstrated leadership acumen.
Master\'s degree (MA) in marketing, management, or related field as well as substantial experience working in leadership roles in the field
Comp: $350,000-$450,000 (base, depending on experience)
