We are seeking a candidate who can foresee being a part of our practice long term, ideally a 2 year minimum with availability for all business hours consistently. Paid time off Supplements at cost An average day as our Chiropractic Assistant/Patient Concierge could look like: -Day Starts at 8:30, open office and set up for the day(answer text messages, answer phone messages and all steps to open office are taken) -Morning huddle with doctors (go over schedule and talk about any issues) -Greet all patients with a smile and \xe2\x80\x9cGood Morning\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cGood Afternoon\xe2\x80\x9d, take payments from patients and make next appointment -Answering phone and texts during the day (scheduling patients, new patients and rescheduling patients) -Assist doctors with clinicals and administrative tasks in electronic health record program -Make social media posts -Holding babies, playing with little ones while Mom/Dad see doctor -Day ends around 6:30pm, closing office up and set up for the next day Schedule: Monday: 8:30-12:30 (Lunch) 1:30-7:30 Tuesday: 8:30-12:30 (Lunch) 1:30-6:30 Wednesday: 7:30-12:30 (Lunch) 1:30-6:30 Thursday: 8:30-12:30 (Lunch) 1:30-6:30 Friday- Sunday: OFF The Right Candidate: While this is an entry level position there is room for growth within the company.
