Senior Associate Attorney Needed

A national law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years experience in insurance defense, 1st and 3rd Party, and PIP experience. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and proven ability to analyze sophisticated and complex factual and legal issues.

:

• Manage case files

• Supervise other attorneys

• Take and defend depositions

• Legal research

• Prepare legal documents

• Investigate facts

• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Courtroom, motion, and deposition experience preferred

• Experience in state and federal courts and with alternative dispute resolution is also desirable

• Michigan bar license required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years first party PIP experience

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent writing and research skills

• Proven ability to analyze sophisticated and complex factual and legal issues

• Courtroom, motion, and deposition experience preferred

• Experience in state and federal courts and with alternative dispute resolution

• Michigan bar license required
