Class A drivers be home weekends for your 34 hour reset with average first year pay of $1850+/WK . o Average driver on account earns $1850/WK \xe2\x80\x93 pay is .80-.86CPM (based on experience) and $325 per trailer unload. o PLEASE MAKE NOTE THAT ALL DELIVERIES ARE 100% TOUCH FREIGHT. DRIVERS PUT BOXES (THAT WEIGH 1-18LBS) ON CONVEYOR BELT. DRIVER DOES NOT GO INTO THE STORE TO HELP \xe2\x80\x93 STORE PERSONNEL DO INVENTORY AND PUT BOXES ON SHELVES. o Deliveries are made Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday with Monday deliveries picked up on Sunday o Operation in IL OH MI IN o Full benefits start after 30 days and include paid time off, medical, dental, 401K and more. o Driver may have a rider and a pet with them once they are done with training on the account. Training is at most one week and drivers are paid $150/day o During home time drivers may take the truck home
Qualifications:
- 3 Months of verifiable Class A experience \xe2\x80\x93 can be local, regional or OTR \xe2\x80\x93 only yard jockey experience does not count
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
- No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
- No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years
- For major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months.
- Can not be fired from last job for any safety reason and must be 6 months since termination and running for another carrier during that time.
- Max number of jobs based on experience:
- 3-12 months no more than 4 jobs in the last 36 months
- 12-24 months no more than 6 jobs in the last 36 months
- 24+ no more than 8 jobs in the last 36 months
