Requirements:

3 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years.
No more than 2 non-serious moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 36 months.
No more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months.
No more than 2 DOT preventable accidents in the last two years and no more than one in the last 12 months.
No termination from your last job for any safety reasons.
