Regional dedicated account that gets you home weekly while earning competitive pay. With an average weekly pay range of $1725-$2425/year (based on experience and work ethic), our top 10% of drivers are earning over $2800 per week. Here\'s what we offer:
- Average weekly pay of $1725-$2425 with top performers earning $2800 per week
- Guaranteed home time every week, although weekends are not guaranteed
- One week of training and you can bring your riders or pets along
- Paid training at $150 per day
- Operating in VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV
- Competitive pay rates of $.60-$.73 CPM, with an additional $250/Unload pay
- Additional $125 per week for drivers who work the entire week and complete three loads
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off after 30 days
- Minimum 3 months of OTR or regional driving experience in the last 36 months
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
- No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
- Must not have failed or refused a DOT Drug/Alcohol test (no SAP drivers)
- Maximum of two DOT Recordable Preventable violations in the last 3 years (no accidents or fatalities in the last 5 years)
- For major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless), no more than one in the last 12 months
