Job Summary

• Plans, organizes and directs all aspects of nursing services in the Nephrology Clinic.
• Demonstrates effective leadership skills, works collaboratively with other clinic staff to solve practice-related problems, and supports the Clinic\xe2\x80\x99s mission. Maintains current data for Performance Improvement studies.
• The ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice are exemplified within this .
• The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to provide nursing care for the patient throughout their life span.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer\xe2\x80\x99s status.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.

Education and/or Experience

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Nursing experience is preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Current license from the State of South Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certified is required.
• ACLS (advanced Cardiac Life Support) is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Day Shift; 48 hours every 2 weeks

• Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 12:00 pm

PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $26.25 - $39.25 per hour
