Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Reliable General Cleaner to oversee and ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services at one of our assigned Upscale retail stores on Hwy 280 in the Summit Shopping area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Clean as instructed

- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures when needed

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, sanitizing, floor & carpet cleaning, hotel or residential cleaning

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction

- Knowledge of floor care techniques and best practices

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
