Earned Exits business brokers are national experts for selling companies with $1 million to $40 million of revenue in 17+ industries. With our majority women-owned and led business, our sales team is the nation\xe2\x80\x99s best, resulting in the need to support our lead Partner to take a listed client through the process of selling their business to closing. Our hope is to grow this position into a prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 of our lead Partner over time, resulting in a huge opportunity for unlimited growth for this client account manager! The Client Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our partners in sales efforts by communicating and scheduling with sales Leads and working with our easy customer relationship management software. Once leads become Clients, the role is to manage buyers interested in buying our clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses. This involves various responsibilities such as listing client businesses on various marketing channels, facilitating buyer/client calls, and scheduling and tracking buyer due diligence. This role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and highly effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Sales Support for Leads:
Utilize the easy customer relationship management software.
Communicate with new Leads to set up calls with firm Partners.
Listen and learn from Partner on sales calls.
\xc2\xb7 Marketing Support:
Support the marketing of client businesses for sale on various listing sites.
Use Canva Pro to layout content in one-page teasers and other documents to be visually compelling.
\xc2\xb7 Client Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on the sales process, gather answers to Buyer questions, and address any concerns.
\xc2\xb7 Buyer Communications:
Manage inquiries from interested buyers, provide relevant information, and access to Client data rooms and facilitate communications with Clients.
Facilitate calls and meetings between buyers and Clients.
\xc2\xb7 Due Diligence Project Management:
Tracking due diligence progress for Clients under contract to sell.
Facilitating the exchange of information between Buyers, Sellers, and their Legal and Accounting teams on Dropbox.
Required Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Fun. No seriously, we love what we do and have a lot of fun! \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field to the role (or equivalent experience) or Real Estate license. \xc2\xb7 Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and the basics of Excel and Word. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. \xc2\xb7 Strong interest in working with successful entrepreneurs. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
