We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to our products.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Proficiency in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales and Insurance experience
Training skills to learn and apply our ethical and moral customer-centric sales process
Insurance license is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
