Job Overview:



As a Client Sales Associate, you'll work closely with our innovative Senior business development and Client Sales teams, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, business development, client engagement, and customer support. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building strong client relationships and eager to thrive in a competitive, team-oriented, and conscientious corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Facilitation:

Engage directly with customers through face-to-face presentations, educating them on exclusive promotions and product benefits to drive sales.

Market Analysis:

Analyze consumer trends to identify potential customers, maximize sales opportunities, and enhance customer retention through direct communication.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, business development, marketing, and quality control teams to exceed business objectives and monitor both individual and team performance metrics.

Client Meetings:

Participate in regular client meetings to review product performance, contribute to optimizing promotional materials, and identify areas for improvement.

Strategy Development:

Assist in the creation and execution of new sales and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the consumer experience, increasing revenue, and maintaining strong brand awareness.

Pay: $60,783.00 - $65,927.00 per year
