Job Description


ADP is hiring a Director, Advisor Client Service

In this role, you will serve as a senior leader to ADP\'s front-line associates supporting Advisor partners and their clients and their 401K plan needs. You\'ll be responsible for driving strategic outcomes of the Advisor Service channel by leading others and executing on strategic initiatives to further enhance the Advisor service experience.

Your day-to-day will span leading, managing and coaching a team of dedicated service professionals. You will be responsible for guiding your associates through complex scenarios and coaching them on performance opportunities. In addition to leading your team, you will act as a point of contact for client escalations as well as an internal decision maker and stakeholder for Advisor Services.

To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to lead and drive performance accountability. You\'ll be equally focused on developing your team through their day-to-day client interactions as you will be focused on strategic opportunities. What you\'ll do:

  • You will provide senior-level client support through your functionial and business knowledge and handle escalations
  • You will coach and develop your associates to provide a stellar client experience by establishing clearly defined performance goals to team members through 1:1 meetings, performance planning and performance feedback
  • You will identify and execute on areas for opportunity within the various levels of the Advisor Service teams to make an impact
  • You will manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • You will serve as an acting backup to other leaders, providing leadership, guidance and direction in absence of the leader
  • You will participate in task forces, strategic initiatives and stretch assignments
What you can expect on a typical day:
  • Client Support. You will act as a senior service contact to help guide our Advisors and their clients through complex scenarios while helping your associates leverage business solutions and internal partners to troubleshoot and delivering a seamless client experience.
  • Leadership. You will lead and influence a team of skilled associates, set client and individual priorities and work together on delivering stellar results to Advisors and clients
  • Problem Solve: You will be responsible to identify opportunities for complex technical, operational and organization challenges to ultimately deliver an enhanced client and associate experience while working with internal partners
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • At least 8 years of management experience
  • At least 5 years in a customer service environment
  • Degree or equivalent in education and experience
