JOB SUMMARY
As a Client Service Associate, you will enhance the overall client experience by providing outstanding support, safeguarding client assets, and offering seamless administrative and operational assistance to our Financial Advisors. In this role, you'll master firm policies, procedures, and digital capabilities to effectively interact with both new and existing clients, ensuring that every engagement reflects our commitment to proactive problem-solving, integrity, and continuous professional growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacts daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients to handle basic inquiries.
Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documents and client information.
Manage office compliance
Opens, transfers, and closes customer accounts while maintaining appropriate account records.
Processes and follows up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts.
Prepares letters, forms, and spreadsheets to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
Enter and manipulate information into Contact Management System and Financial Planning software.
Use email and notes to track next step in planning process for client, set reminders as necessary.
Maintain all calendar related items, schedule and confirm all meetings.
Assists with marketing efforts.
Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, prepare reports, and file & calendar maintenance.
Ensure client welcome card, birthday cards, Christmas cards, and other client notes/gifts are sent out as required in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma/Equivalency
College degree preferred
Series 7 or industry experience is a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Traits
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a technical aptitude
Excellent math skills
