Job Summary
The Primary Immune Deficiency Treatment Consortium (PIDTC) is a consortium consisting of 49 centers that have already enrolled over 2,000 subjects. The PIDTC Program Coordinator manages and provides oversight and administrative support to ensure that the clinical research commitments of the six research studies for further patient enrollment, regulatory compliance and data cleaning are met. The Program Coordinator oversees the training, competence and data collection of the clinical coordinators at all of the PIDTC sites in the US and Canada, and assures high quality study data entry by conducting and documenting remote audits with coordinators on a regular basis.
They will oversees data and specimen management, manages study results, oversees study data integrity, reports study progress to investigators, participates in any internal audits, reviews study protocols, and performs other duties as assigned.
The PIDTC interacts with the Data Management and Coordinating Center (DMCC) of the Rare Disease Clinical Research Consortium (RDCRN) which provides a database for storing all of the data generated by PIDTC studies. The PIDTC Program Coordinator will also be responsible for extracting and reviewing data from over 2,000 enrolled participants to be analyzed for large multicenter studies.

Please note: The compensation ranges listed online for roles not covered by a bargaining unit agreement are very wide, however a job offer will typically fall in the range of 80% - 120% of the established mid-point. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role.
For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
