InReach Physical Therapy is looking for a Rockstar Clinic Director/Partner with leadership experience and community referral connections that wants to manage their own practice and help us expand our business in Cheyenne region. What You Will Do:

• Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
• Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating individualized care plans for each client
• Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
• Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
• Manage schedule and payroll
• Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
• Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
