Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services.Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting or Medical Assistant training program graduate. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for healthcare providers Certification. Preferred College curriculum. One year Medical Assistant experience in corresponding setting.
