RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for greeting patients, obtaining required information to include insurance and identification, answering phones and transferring calls appropriately, competent in registering and scheduling patients in electronic health record, collection of payments and preparing any additional items as requested for patient appointments.
HOURS: Part-time, 56 hours a pay period, Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday morning. Hours and clinic location may vary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent. Previous experience in a clinical office setting and medical terminology preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills, computer skills, ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, telephone etiquette, and ability to work well with others as a team.
