Ultimately these programs are focused on improving the quality of patient care. The Clinical Educator must develop and lead sessions with these goals in mind.Do you enjoy collaborating with others? We have a special place for you.WHAT YOU WILL DO - Facilitate orientation and train new clinical staff on clinical competencies. - Re-educate clinical staff on required training areas as identified by the manager or remediation. - Develop training materials and utilize teaching methods specific to the individuals training needs. - Develop annual competency surveys for clinical staff and create educational programs based on survey results. WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED - Prior Clinical Teaching experience. - Adapt to multiple clinical settings. - Knowledge of Crises Intervention theory. - Solve problems by analyzing information and using logic to address issues and problems. - Convey complex subject matter, simply. - Teach others new skills. - Coordinate teams and delegate work. - Effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Qualifications - Required Bachelor\'s Degree - 1 year Clinical Teaching Required - Registered Nurse (RN) - . - Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
